Everchanging is a murder mistery visual novel, focused on uncovering the truth behind the sudden homicide at a masked ball and the strange events surrounding the Seagrave castle.
In the role of Rayne Crawford, the player finds themselves tangled in a death or life situation; good observation skills and a fair amount of persuasion will be essential to understand the character’s headspace and discover their true intent.
As the player progresses into the story, they will discover more about the story of the characters and the nature of the creatures called Changelings. These fae, originating from the world of Osilion, function as body-doubles of the humans they were swapped with by the faries; what makes it hard to distingush them is that they also share memories with the original.
To understand if the characters are their true selves, the player must keep a close eye on their actions and words, looking for clues at every corner.
It will be the player’s job to point out the inconsistencies in their behaviour and suss out the imposter, as anyone could be a Changeling.

Gameplay Features:
In Everchanging, the identity of the murder victim and killer changes with each new save file, influenced by the player’s initial mask choice. Players must closely observe characters' actions and words to uncover the truth. Romance is an option, but trust plays a crucial role in how relationships develop and affect the story.
